So, what I'm trying to do is to find out what is keeping me from being able to actually uninstall the mod, so that I can re-download it and install it again. I was able to load my character fine, of course I got a message asking me if I wanted to proceed without the Nano Armor ESP, but there were no glitches with my character or crashes of the game. I cannot seem to figure out how to delete it so that I can re-install the mod.

I have tried to re-download the mod several times, but when I try to activate the mod, NMM crashes again. When I re-started NMM, the mod showed as disabled, but all subsequent attempts to uninstall and delete the mod via NMM has resulted in the mod remaining on my list of mods, marked as inactive. However, my NMM crashed the first time I tried to uninstall the mod.
So, my initial reaction to this was to attempt to uninstall the mod and re-install it. On a previous character I was able to craft the armor just fine, and at an earlier level than I am now (my current character is level 45). Crafting the Nanosuit works just fine, which is a different mod by the same author. The mod description says that the armor is craftable from the Chemistry Station, but I have not been able to find the options under the Utility menu, where the mod description says the crafting option would be located.
